Our homes
Three beautiful homes in Clearwater.
Well-kept, welcoming, and set on quiet Florida streets — take a look at where your loved one could call home.
Who our homes are for
Skycrest Place — including Luna Bay — provides licensed group-home living for adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities who are served by Florida's Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD). For most residents, care is funded through the APD iBudget Medicaid Waiver.
Not sure if your loved one qualifies? APD or your Waiver Support Coordinator can help you find out — and we're glad to point you in the right direction.
This may be a fit if your loved one is:
- An adult with a developmental or intellectual disability recognized by APD
- Served by APD — on the iBudget Medicaid Waiver, or working toward eligibility
- Looking for a supportive, licensed residential home (not independent living)
Our location
Rooted in sunny Clearwater, Florida.
All three homes sit on quiet residential streets in Clearwater — Florida's beloved Gulf-coast city, known for sunshine, friendly neighborhoods, and easy access to parks, shops, and the beach.
Why families choose us
More than a place to live — a place to belong.
Choosing a home for someone you love is one of the hardest decisions a family makes. We built Skycrest Place to be the place we'd want for our own family.
A real home
Not an institution — a comfortable house on a quiet street, with home-cooked meals, a favorite chair, and a bedroom that's truly your own.
Days full of life
Outings, bowling, cooking, community events, and simple everyday joys. We plan around what each resident actually loves to do.
Caregivers who care
Trained, compassionate staff who know each resident by name — their routines, their preferences, and what makes them smile.
Safe & licensed
Licensed Florida APD group homes with trained staff, health and safety kept current, and families always kept in the loop.

A day at Skycrest Place
Days filled with joy, activity, and community.
No two residents are the same, so no two days look the same. What stays constant is the warmth — being known, being included, and having something to look forward to.
Home-cooked meals
Balanced meals prepared together — and residents help when they want to.
Friends & community
Bowling nights, outings, holidays, and neighbors who feel like family.
Personal routines
Days shaped around each person's rhythm, hobbies, and comfort.
From our family to yours
“We treat every resident the way we'd want our own loved one to be treated — with patience, respect, and a whole lot of heart. This isn't just a business to us. It's home.”
— Sarah & Stephen Weik, owners of Skycrest Place LLC
